Grand Oaks is Gainesville’s next great residential community. Weseman Homes, who's family has been natives of Alachua county area for over 150 years have been dedicated to building quality but affordable homes within the community. The Grand Oaks neighborhood development broke ground in 2018 and is located across from Oak Hall School with an entrance at Tower Road, it’s a short drive to Celebration Pointe and I-75.
The community is being built out in three phases to bring a total of 306 homes to this desirable pocket of SW Gainesville. The 126 homes of Phase I sold out. The 96 homes of Phase 2 are currently being built. Phase 3, slated for this year, will bring an additional 80-85 homes.
